In addition to medicine you can practice deep muscular relaxation technique before going to bed and after getting up in the morning. The technique proved to be very helpful in relaxing the mind and body and also reducing the symptoms of anxiety and depression. You can also take cognitive behaviour therapy to learn effective ways to deal with anxiety and depression.

Hi, To stop medication you must ask your psychiatrist. Seeing the description of your work you should take intervals in between. Also visit a physiotherapist for muscular weakness. They may suggest some exercises. Also have proper diet and rest.

Try this. Brush twice a day. Before brushing in morning drink 3 to 4 glass of water so normal flora commensal bacteria good for gut reaches body provided you brushed at night. Tea warm and not hot only twice not more than that. Do heavy breakfast. Lunch lighter than breakfast n some snacks in evening. Dinner lighter than lunch. Gap between dinner n sleep should be atleast 2 hrs.

If you sit all day in front of a computer, your neck and eyes might also feel strained due to fatigue. This can lead to feelings of pressure and heavy-headedness. If you work at a computer, make sure to take breaks frequently during the day to rest your neck and eyes.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

I am a 22 yr old boy. One year back I have joined in a software concern, because of that I got over fear (i. E) whether i'll do all work assigned by higher official staffs, if I can't what will happen for that, whether they will terminate me like that I am getting so many negative thoughts, because of that fear I am getting suicide thoughts, not feeling hungry, shoulder pain, heart pain and getting negative thoughts like why I have to live etc, for that I consulted a psychiatrist doctor so that the doctor suggested me to take" opiprol 100mg" fluvoxin 50mg" and" lonazep 0.25mg" I met that doctor every four month once, so that I met 3 times in a year, when I met last time she suggested the above tablets (" opiprol 100mg" fluvoxin 50mg" and" lonazep 0.25mg. Now some what the problem is reduced, but still I am getting that problem (getting negative thoughts) offenly but when compared to one yr back, now 60% ok and my sexual wellness getting very low and low when compared to last yr. Is it possible to cure the negative thoughts and to improve sexual wellness. I am waiting for your reply.

Hi . I understood your problem. I think you are having personality problem. As you mentioned you have rumination of negative thoughts is a problem of your anxious personality. Always worrying about future and feeling of edge. Because of your personality you got anxiety disorder. Tablets may reduce your symptoms but you should develop coping strategies to handle every life events.
