Hi, there are several means to gain control over your diabetes. Few of them as below: 1. Eating at regular intervals
2. Avoiding foods high in processed and invisible sugar
3. Good sleep hygiene
4. Consistent workouts to be able to give you specific guidelines, we would need to gain a deeper insight into your lifestyle and work with you in greater proximity.

Apart from above medications I think you should take short course of insulin like mixtard 30/70 twice daily with regular physical activity along with proper diabetic diet including timely intake and avoiding oily, fatty and fried items plus avoiding sugary items. Take proper timing of sleep. After reaching optimal level of blood sugar you can gradually taper the insulin and can be stopped provided strict follow up of diet, physical activity, oral drugs. All the best.

Dear gyanmala lybrate-user,
it seems like secondary drug failure of diabetes medicine. You need to work on detailed diabetes management that includes diet and exercise also. As long as sugar levels are concerned it is advisable you to add insulin therapy at present as sugar levels are way above normal readings. Weakness you are having is possibly due to high blood sugars.
You can contact me on this platform for detailed consultation.
Take care.
