First try doxylamine tab thrice daily. If vomiting persists even after doxylamine take vomiting tab sparingly.

Many patients do have vomiting in pregnancy which may be severe in some. If it is severe hospitalisation may also be required but generally this should settle by 4 th month

You can but it is risky and not as useful. The reason is that vomiting due to excess alcohol is not de to gastrointestinal upset but due to irritation of the brain. I would instead advise you to drink only as much as you can tolerate.There is no global consensus on recommended maximum intake (or safe limits) of the drug alcohol. Emeset is an antiemetic medication used to reduce or prevent vomitings. It acts well while patients are using chemotherapy and in cancer patients but it doesn't mean non cancerous patient cannot use the drug.

no problem, it's for vomit. quitipine 25 mg half at night for five days if u can sleep continue. u can take upto 50 mg.
loose10 ml at night till stool become normal.

Hello, In rainy season most of time stomach can distrub due to water contamination so need to more aware about that. Add sesonal fruits and new healthy foods in diet for attract. and now if he is not feeling nausea and vomiting so don't give medicine.

Vomiting and nausea generally occurs in first three months of pregnancy. Eat frequent small meals in day instead of three proper meals. Visit an obstetrician for checkup. Increase your fluid intake.
