Hello doctor, this is for my 87 years old grand mother who is suffering from leg pain. The foot of her leg swollen it's watering and skin also become black in colour. That particular part of the leg is having the problem and swelling, itching is there around the full area. Due to covid pandemic here shops are not open and we are afraid to take her to the hospital. Kindly proscribe some medicines for immediate cure. She is an asthma patient taking derifilin ,seroflo rotacaps and duolin rotacaps.

Respected lybrate-user. Your grandmother problem is. Due to alterations of pulmonary and cardiovascular systems pressures and functions" it is rainy season" so be carefull. Try to follow asthma medications. As regularly. I think your grandmother suffers posture (position) problem in during lying down. Please know correct approach to maintain good posture. Please be maintained even / same height from top to bottom.

Hello my husband is having below 2 problem 1) allergic to dust and cold he will get continuous sneezing and he will face difficult to breath currently he is using budamate 200 mg rotacaps for the same when ever he gets that problem 2) since from child when ever he gets penicillin injection he will faint and was difficult to get back him to consciousness- means he is not fit for penicillin injection I have heard people saying that those who are allergic to pencilin should not get covaccine now my question is: is it safe to get him vaccination for covid with the above 2 condition? Please suggest me please.

Hi. I am 46 years old male. Whenever I wake up in morning I sneeze a lot and have running nose. I, most of the times, found my nostrils blocked. I have to use otrivin for relief. I am 65/male and suffering from Asthma/COPD since last 7 years. My medications include Seroflo 250 Inhaler (2+2 puffs-morning evening), Duolin Inhaler (1 puff 4-5 times a day) and Montek LC (1 a day). Instead of Seroflo 250 Inhaler, last month a chest specialist put me on Sequadra 110/50 rotacaps (1 a day) and Budecort 200 (2 times a day). Fow 2-3 days it worked wonders but then started side affects of these medicines which included problem in passing urine and inflammation of vocal cords which affected my speech - I could barely whisper only. I tried contacting that specialist but he went o 3 weeks leave leaving me in lurch. So I stopped Sequadra and Budecort and reverted to my Seroflo 250 Inhaler. Dear Dr. I have 2 questions to ask. 1. Is there any remedy for these side affects as those medicines were very effective. 2. Can I use Seroflo 250 in Rotacap form instead of Inhaler? Will switching cause any problem? Thanks n Regards.

Both medicine are effective, but sequdra and budecort have caused severe hoarseness so bette ravoid that. can continue with seroflo but seroflo rotacaps can also cause hoarseness. One have to do gargles with water after use of rotacaps to lessen chances of side effect.
