As it is, long term steroids aren't encouraged these days in rheumatoid arthritis. Better treatment options are available now. So I suggest to book a consultation with me & take proper treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Regarding vaccination, well it's safe for patients with rheumatoid arthritis, including covid-19 vaccination.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Prednisolone present in that tablet has a diabetogenic action, meaning increasng the blood gluose level. SO as long as that drug is being taken there is bound to be an increase in the blood glucose level. Thanks.

There are good treatments available for wegener's granulomatosis. You have to continue prednisolone with methotrexate after consulting physician. With medicines complications of wegener's granulomatosis can be prevented but it is difficult to cure it permanently. Chances of relapse are common.

You must follow the protocol as advised by your ophthalmologist. Stick to the course of steroids advised to you. Along with it, you could also take vitamin b complex tablets daily. Keep away from addictions in case you have any.
