Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and apply lidocaine ointment and if necessary get it operated and as of now continue your ongoing medication with pantop and a laxative

Dear lybrate-user, improve your diet, timing of diet. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Avoid fried items. Don't lie down soon after meals. Have omez only when you get acidity. Long term use of omez may lead to bone thinning or osteoporosis. Check the list of medicines and remove offending agent with help of your doctor. Long standard diabetes leads to gastroparesis or slow move of stomach which leads to acid reflux. Discuss this with your doctor.

Dear , normally bp should not go beyond 140/90. It's good that you have started taking medicines. Keep a record of your bp. If it is less than 140/90, then continue your medicines

Life style changes and food habbits can solve your problem easily.
Chew your food properly.
Avoid outside food.
Walk about 3-5 kms daily.
There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep.
Small and frequent meals is of help.
Keep your blood sugar controlled.
Raise your bed about 4" from headend side.
Get your gastroendoscopy done.

Heart burnis due to acidity. To treat acidity eat small, frequent meals(4-5 times a day), avoid spicy, oily / fatty food, maida containing food items, fruit juices/ sugary drinks/tea/coffee. Increase intake high fibre diet.
Take light dinner before 8 PM. Don't sleep or bend forward for atleast 2 hrs. after meals in day & night. You can take rest by using 2 pillows below head in recling position .Drink plenty of water, Go for walk/do light exercise .

The first and foremost treatment of which is life style modification like regular exercise, diet modification as advised and liberal fluid intake.
