These symptoms are related to the ovarian tumour. Having such symptoms in presence of large ovarian tumour is not good. Please check blood for CA 125. After that you should go for the surgery.

Both Omeprazole and Velos D are almost same and the veloz d contains an additional ingredient domperidone which is useful nausea or vomiting . You can take veloz d in place of omeprazole

Reduce you intake of tea, coffee and spicy food. No smoking / alcohol. If it still doesnt stop get an endoscopy done
