1) you can increase the dose to 40 mg. 2) given that your BP was previously controlled with 20 mg it is important to rule out any coronary blockage or valvular disease so kindly consult a cardiologist and get a ECG, echo and stress echo done.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
The glucose levels mentioned are quite good, showing vey well controlled diabetes. Please let me know when you were diagnosed to have diabetes what were the levels? What is the current HbA1c%? There are many multivitamin capsules, any one of those can be taken. Similarly there are many protein powders one which has no sucrose should be taken. In fact taking daily 2 to 3 eggs (each egg gives 6 to 7 g of protien) is much better option than any powder. Thanks.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. From the information given you appear to be too much under weight. Please let know whether you have always been like this? Or have you lost weight following getting diabetes? Plus there is no mention of fating, PP glucose levels & HbA1c%, so there is no way to know whether diabetes is well controlled at all. BP mentioned is also quite low. In such a situation please tell me why are you on Olmesatran 20 mg? Please give all details l...more

You must consult a cardiac electrophysiologist who are specialists in the disorders of the rhythm of heart. You will require detailed evaluation including 24 hour holter monitoring, to know the exact nature of your palpitations. Palpitations can be due to normal rhythm or abnormal rhythm both so untill we know the exact cause of palpitations we can not cure them. Visit a cardiac electrophysiologist and please do not consume medicines on the advice of some pharmacist.

Hi , thank you for your question. You have been prescribed two different medications for your high BP problem . Both the medicines are used to control blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Since according to you, they seem to not work , it will be better , you can get a detailed evaluation done and appropriate treatment is started for you. Feel free to connect with me if you need any further advice and I will be happy to assist you.
