Hello, thanks for the query.
The tablet mentioned (both brands) is used to treat high blood pressure. Doctor must have prescribed it for high bp. So please do take it. It does not have any interaction with levothyroxine. Please remember thyroxine tablet needs to be taken on empty stomach early morning and nothing to be taken fro over 1 hour. Thanks.

You should increase it slowly upto 1 hr. Above that also if you are comfortable. After reaching 1 hr of brisk walking you can do light stretching and body weight exercises.
