Mention your age and do you have any associated chronic illnesses like diabetes besides hypertension and also mention your bmi with respect to weight and height. Have you done echocardiography ,ecg, serum sodium ,creatinin, serum potassium ever.
You switch from olmezest h to olmezest am ,but keep check on bp readings and follow about said investigation once atleast so that you can keep record of your cardiac status.

Hello,
bp is fairly controlled, you should first monitor the bp then we ll try to change bp meds according to readings. You should also get your sugars, lipid profile done once.
Healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty, oily and high calorie diet. Have low salt diet and monitor blood pressure regularly thrice a day for one week then once or twice a week. I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water
