It appears your bp &diabetes both are not in control. To control sugar add tab k glimpses m 1 once before break fast and for bp add mode 5 mg once a day. Then check your sugar and bp after a wee.

You probably don't need ecospirin, though it is widely prescribed, and very popular with public. Antihypertensive medicines take a long time to have full effect, so unless you have taken them for few months, don't keep adding more.

Please do an ABPM (24 hrs BP monitoring), that will give us an idea of years BP fluctuations in 24 hrs. Go for walking and avoid high salt intake.
