It's important to know the reason for the weakness. Get her CBC, ESR, blood sugar, thyroid test, urine routine etc. Please have a regular follow up with the doctor who already knows about your mothers health status. Please update the reports for further clarification. You can start Homeopathy along with the existing medicines as it is safe and effective even in old aged people.

Starting treatment is ok but you need to rule out secondary hypertension. Some baseline investigations like KFT, urine analysis, usg abdomen, ECG, echocardiography are required.

Also start with lifestyle changes like - 1) daily brisk walking, begin gradually and then increase to 40-45 mins daily 2) Avoid high salt rich food like chips, namkeens, pickles, sauce, chutney. 3) Quit smoking and drinking if you do 4) Eat a heart healthy diet.

Behavioral therapy
behavioral therapy uses exercises to help build tolerance to delay ejaculation. The goal is to help you train your body away from premature ejaculation. Examples include the squeeze method and the stop-start method. Exercises work well, but they may not be a lasting answer. They depend upon your partner's help, which is not always possible.

Aticel is different BP medicine, mild, and suitable for young people under age 50. In your case it may be sufficient. Reduce to half later. You can stop also, but continue to monitor BP once every two months on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. Restart medicine if constantly above 145.

Well this may be due to spondylosis or it may be due to high BP, you should do some yoga, stretching exercises, with this you need proper homoeopathic treatment.
