no it's not possible to reduce the dose. bp may rise again and become uncontrollable with same dose. besides the medicines for BP protects the heart and brain also

There is tendency for temporary weakness when BP is treated effectively. Weakness should normalize soon. You have amlodipine in both your combination pills. Not a problem but your Dr. should make note of same. Do not change to olmi 20 + H at present. Olmisartan is similar to coversyl. I will be too strong when combined with other medicines.
