Stop feeding with bottle if doing, make sure you are giving potable water only.
Give ors in small quantities at frequent intervals, minimum 1000 ml in 24 hours along with. Solid diet & liquids to be given3-4 times day.
He will be ok in just 3 days.

Better to avoid both the medicines. Cefixime is safe at 5 weeks. You can take 200 mg twice daily for 5 days. Take who ors and eat only rice based food for the next few days. For more information you can get in touch with me.

For motion sickness you can use meclizine or promethazine
for allergy you can have montek lc for stomach upset and acidity you can have rabeprazole along with metronidazole
for loose motion you can have lactobacillus along with ofloxacin ornidazole and have ors.

Dear user, continue but not more than 3 times a day. Give proper diet also and avoid anything cold. Ofomac is not necessary as it won't help. Calpol helps with reducing fever. If fever lasts for more time it is best you visit a physician for proper physical evaluation. Good luck.
