Hello,
Olanzipine is known to cause Parkinsons disease like symptoms. but the dose you are taking is minimal. the main thing is to reassess the need for antipsychotics and are they realyy required. Secondly you can try Pacitane

Both mirtazepine and venalafaxine are good options but it depends on your age and comorbidities, details of which need further clarification. I will go for starting only one drug after finding out which will be most appropriate in your condition.

I am 22 years old female and I have problems with sleeping since three years. I can sleep in day for 6-7 hours but I cannot sleep at night even if I skip one day of sleep. A year ago I started having headaches that were diagnosed as migraines but my neurologist is not sure. I tried many medicine but doesn't work. One month ago I started having really bad abdominal pain upper left sometimes right side. My ultrasound was clear they said it's probably acid reflux but after week it didn't get better I was diagnosed with colitis after week I started vomiting blood. They did ultrasound again and diagnosed with gastritis yesterday. I'm taking nexito 40 mg twice a day, mezym twice a day, huma pronol 40 mg twice a day for tremors. I have hand tremors which I don't know why I have them. I started assimil 25 mg yesterday for sleep diagnosed by my psychiatrist. I'm concerned about my lab results. My rbc is 3.73 tera/l, mch is 32.7 pg, rdw-sd-52. 4 fl these three things are always off limits since 4 months. My gp thinks due to low rbc I might have internal bleeding. Should I be concerned? What it might be?

You need and should take BP medicines. You should get aECG and serum lipid profile done. Also check yourself for diabetes. With these reports you see a physician who will give medicine for High BP. You also show your report to the doctor who is treating your bipolar disorder. He may change your medications if he or she feels so. Finally you should restrict your salt intake and do regular exercise and meditation.

Studies have looked at over 2500 babies born to women who took olanzapine during early pregnancy or throughout the pregnancy. These studies suggest that olanzapine use during pregnancy is unlikely to increase the chance of birth defects above the background risk.
Before planning pregnancy understand and accept higher risks to both mother and baby in view of age.
Also some reports, vaccinations and supplements are required prior to planning pregnancy.
