Both pexep ie paroxetine and serta ie sertraline are both ssri and are usually not combined together. So consult your psychiatrist and get an ideal combination for your fear and anxiety related to covid. This has become very common these days and you will recover soon. Good luck.

Taking olimelt on alternate days is present in no treatment protocol and cane be in fact detrimental rather than being helpful. Consult a psychiatrist and get proper medication and dosage. Get a gastroenterologist opinion for her stomach ache. It is your choice to try homeopathy, but it is very risky to combine 2 patties as the interactions have not been studied and cane be serious. So follow one stream which helps her, whichever it is. Good luck.

Dear are you taking these two meds without break since 2006. If you arer and u didn't face another episode of illness since then, then it is time to reduce your medicines. Start with reducing Olanzepine to 2.5mg per night. Otherwise please consult a psychiatrist to get review of your medications.

You need and should take BP medicines. You should get aECG and serum lipid profile done. Also check yourself for diabetes. With these reports you see a physician who will give medicine for High BP. You also show your report to the doctor who is treating your bipolar disorder. He may change your medications if he or she feels so. Finally you should restrict your salt intake and do regular exercise and meditation.
