Lcz one at night after above treatment some new lesions appears. Test blood sugar- 139 regular by strip doctor started next treatment for 2 weeks. 1. itraconazole 100 mg day and night. 2. Lcz one at night 3. Sertaconazole cream at night 4. Ciclopirox cream at day after use of these for 2 weeks, my all sign of ringworm removed. After 15 days of stopping of these medicines I found that some new lesions appears on the earlier locations. Doctor again suggested to use the same treatment for another three weeks. Some one suggested me to use luliconazole cream instead of ciclopirox cream. Can I use it with above medicine. Kindly suggest.

Recurrences of jock itch can be because of 3 reasons:
1. Incomplete treatment: jock itch can take 3-6 months to cure. Kindly stick to the treatment suggested and do not stop treatment until your dermatologist recommends. 2. Fungus can stay in cloths, toilet seat, nails and cause reinfection. Therefore, follow all the precautions given in this video url Be/gn6stgzn3lo
3 resistant infection. Again a dermatologist alone can help you in this case.

I am 21 year old male and I had a dry skin and scalp for the past 6 7 years which in time lead to dandruff and then seborrheic dermatitis and eczema, flaky skin, red skin/ irritation on my face, scalp and other parts. I am getting treatments from different dermatologist since past 2.5 years and almost all of them always advised me different types of anti fungal containing ingredients such as ketoconazole, ciclopirox olamine, zinc pyrithione, salicylic acid, fluconazole, terbinafine, fluticasone etc in different forms such as shampoos, creams, sprays, tablets. Now the thing is that almost 80% of the antifungal does their work, cleans the flakes and rashes but as soon as I discontinue these products, all the symptoms and flakiness tends to come back the very next day. All of these antifungal cleans the flakes but they do not really help in stopping them from coming back. I am very frustrated right now because you can not really use tons of these every single day for the rest of your life (and you should not they have side effects). This one doctor gave me an adequate reason after the blood test was that my blood eosinophil count was higher (536) than normal range (40-440). I could really really use some treatment or advice regarding how to stop these symptoms from coming back, thank you.

I have a habit of pulling out my hairs by applying force (not too much but certainly its large enough. When I study I inadvertently pick up hairs. Usually one hair used to come but since I was diagnosed with dandruff I got 5 hairs in my hand which scared me. Is it a thing to worry? I do not have any symptom of balding though I have a very big forehead since childhood which leads me to my second question. I recently went to a doctor (hair transplant) I showed her how I have a big forehead but she said its not as large as I think but she said it can be corrected with transplant when I pressurize her if there is any solution. I am 21 years of age. I have not experienced balding. I did start to shed due to dandruff which the doctor identified and told me I had quite a lot of dandruff. Is it right to go for transplant now? It can certainly cure the problem yet I worry if its too early.

Hi
I can understand your concern
I would suggest you to first control your dandruff using various shampoos containing ketoconazole, zpto, ciclopirox as dandruff also aggravates the hair fall problem
secondly, your habit of pulling of hairs leads to balding sooner or later. This is called trichotillomania. We need to treat this otherwise even after the hair transplant we might face the problem of balding
after this if you wish to go ahead with the hair transplant you can, hope thi...more

Wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or picking up the pimples and blotches as it further spreads the bacteria. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Drink lots of water. You may use salicylic acid face wash. For scalp acne ,gently washing the scalp regularly with shampoo and warm water can help many conditions improve on their own. It is important to minimize irr...more
