levocetrizine, fexofenadine, sodium cromoglycate, nsaids,steroids

I think your suffering from allergic rhinitis. Avoid exposure to dust, any other food which can cause allergy. Fexofenadine+montelukast combination for one month. Flutikasone nasal spray followed by mometasone nasal spray for maintenance therapy.

This tablet contains a triple drug combination (fexofenadine+monteleukast+Acebrophyllin) which is not a recommended thing unless avoidable. Long term there are many side effects including cardiac, blood and platelet related and also a certain severe condition which is a rare side effect called Churg strauss syndrome with monteleukast.
