Methylcobalamin is nothing but Vitamin B12.

You don't have acne because of any of above mentioned medicines.

Pimples might be because of other reasons like oily skin or hormonal changes.

They are both vitamin b12 injection and they supplement the need...
But if you don't have major issues then you can simply take a multivitamin tablet instead if injection... ..
