At your age its less likely prostate will be the problem. Rule out other causes if you have any lower urinary tract symptoms. And now a days prazopress is hardly prescribed for prostate enlargement as other good alternatives are available. Visit your urologist. And you can take ivermectin for whatever reason prescribed as per your doctors advise.

treatment depends on the severity...Fungal infection or Ring worm.. when occurs in groin, called as jock itch..
