Leg PainIf you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. Sir both the drugs you are talking about have different indications. Urimax has been prescribed to you for you urinary problems and nucoxia is a pain killer medicine. However nucoxia and other similar pain killers are advised not to be taken for a longer periods, specially considering your age. They can have numerous side effects including stomach ulcers, kidney and heart problems

I havs ankylosing spondylitis for almost 20 years now and I have been taking etoricoxib 90 mg daily once, sulphasalazine 500 twice a day, folic acid tabs and methotrexate 2 days a week for almost 18 years now due to long periods of taking nsaid etoricoxib my doctor told Mr. my kidney is showing early signs of failure. Also I have been taking bp medicines telmisartan for the past 2 years. I have mow been advised to completely stop etoricoxib and I have to advised to take paracetamol 1000 mg instead and when extreme pain waverdol. I have tried both but my pain is too extreme and all my joint hurts a lot. I am taking nirgundi ras too for thr past 1 week along with paracetamol but pain is still unbearable. Any alternative solutions in ayurveda that is safe for my kidneys and liver and which can help me with my pain in the long run. I would really appreciated any help on this please.

Continuous intake of painkiller can damage kidney. For pain you can take tramadol which will very less toxic effect to kidney. Get dose of medicine adjusted. Do deep breathing exercise to relieve anxiety and in turn pain.
