Nucoxia 60 MG Tablet, known as Arcoxia internationally, is a non-steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID) which is used to treat symptoms of psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. It brings relief to people affected by acute pain, chronic musculoskeletal pain and treats acute gouty arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. It belongs to cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) specific inhibitors class of medicines which reduce pain and inflammation by blocking the pain causing enzymes (COX-2) in the body.Nucoxia 60 MG Tabletcomes as a tablet to be taken by mouth and is only prescribed when its alternate medicines have not helped in the treatment.

The dosage should be kept low and it should not be used longer than prescribed as it may put you at risk of heart attacks and strokes. The recommended dosage is 60 to 120 mg of the medicine to be taken once daily. It should not be taken by people suffering from peptic ulcers, stroke, severe heart disease and hypersensitivity. Studies have foundNucoxia 60 MG Tabletto be harmful to be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding stages. It is also not recommended for children below 16 years of age. It works well on adults and elderly people.

Common side effects ofNucoxia 60 MG Tablet are indigestion, abdominal pain, stomach upset, constipation or diarrhoea, swollen ankles, fluid retention, palpitations, headache, high blood pressure, feeling dizzy or tired and other flu-like symptoms. If you experience any of the following then stop the consumption of this medicine and consult your doctor immediately.

Nucoxia 60 MG Tablet is used for relieving pain and swelling of joints associated with Osteoarthritis.
Nucoxia 60 MG Tablet is used for relieving swelling, stiffness, and pain of joints caused due to Rheumatoid arthritis.
Nucoxia 60 MG Tablet is also used for the symptomatic treatment of Ankylosing spondylitis. This disease causes swelling of the spine and large joints.
Acute Gout
Nucoxia 60 MG Tablet is also used to relieve pain and swelling of joints associated with gout.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients having a history of allergy to it or any other component of the medicine. It should not be taken if you have experienced an allergic reaction to any other medicine belonging to the same class of medicines.
Peptic Ulcer
This medicine is not recommended if you have peptic ulcer or other conditions that cause swelling and bleeding of the stomach. It could cause severe swelling and bleeding in the stomach, colon, and anus as well.
In addition to its intended effect, Nucoxia 60 MG Tablet may cause some unwanted effects too. In such cases, you must seek medical attention immediately. This is not an exhaustive list of side effects. Please inform your doctor if you experience any adverse reaction to the medication.

Psoriasis is an auto immune disease and we can control it but not cure it fully and if it has lead to arthritis than you will have to take medication but also contact a Rheumatologist for further guidance.

neucoxia is simple pain killer and neucoxia mr is with muscle relaxtent added to it. If there is spasm in muscle then mr will ne better.

Please advise me a mild muscle relaxant which would help me relieve my back pain. I was using nucoxia Mr. tablet advised to me for 5 days. But as soon as I stopped using that tablet The pain returns. This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR Chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.
