Good morning. It may be due to weakness of the bone or Rheumatoid arthritis. Get CBC, ESR,Blood sugar fasting, LFT, KFT,Calcium, TSH, 25 OH Vitamin D level, RA factor and Anti CCP blood tests done and consult an Orthopaedic surgeon.

Apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. And you can wear elbow brace which would help you to keep your elbow warm and will give you protection.

If you have psoriasis then its high chance that you may have psoriatic arthritis rather than rheumatoid arthritis. U need to continue these medicines under supervision and regular follow up under a rheumatologist. All medicines do have side effects. Thanks.

Kindly show me x-rays of coccyx.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
use no pillow under the head.
Do hot fomantation.
Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated.
Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Hi.
continue same medication. Along with that you can do hpt pack application at home and have interferential therapy/swd at a physiotherapy centre. Avoid lifting heavy weights/forward bending/long journeys.

Psoriasis is an auto immune disease and we can control it but not cure it fully and if it has lead to arthritis than you will have to take medication but also contact a Rheumatologist for further guidance.
