The recommendee dose of paracetamol is 15 mg/kg body weight. So you can take around 1000 mg or 2 tablets depending on the strength of paracetamol. Above that it has not been found to show extra effects. I recommend that at a time you do not use more than 2 tablets. However if you have fever and symptom doesn't decrease, you can repeat the dose 8 hourly. It's perfectly safe. (as far as you do not take such a dose regularly)

You have not mentioned size of stone. 1. Stay hydrated
2. Eat more calcium-rich foods
3. Eat less sodium
4. Eat fewer oxalate-rich foods-- foods high in oxalates are: spinach, chocolate, sweet potatoes, coffee, beets, peanuts, rhubarb, soy products, wheat bran.
5. Eat less animal protein
6. Avoid vitamin c supplements
7. Maintaining a healthy body weight
8. Reducing alcohol intake
