take syp Guluchayadi kashyam 15 ml and syp Tarunpanchmuladi kashyam 15 ml two times a day before taking meal with adding equal amount of water.
Take Cap G-Amrita 2cap two times a day.
Take tablet chandra prabhavati 2 tab three times a day.
Avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy acidic food stuffs and cold drinks etc.
Take light easily digestable nutritional protinious fiber rich diet and green leafy vegetables.

- Add a pinch of turmeric and 1/4 tsf of black pepper powder to hot milk and drink it twice a day.

You can see dolo is paracetamol but the dose is important. Paracetamol can be taken in 500 mg too. And other doses. But do try to have gap of atleast 6 hours between two pcm doses.

Yes a paracetamol be given after 1 hour of sumo (paracetamol 325 mg 100 mg nimesulide) if fever does not decrease . you may also need antibiotics if you have infection of the chest or anywhere
