YOu have taken the right treatment . You just need to continue the dosage twice a day for at least 3 days before swelling shall reduce. For pain re;lief you may take brufen even thrice a day if required.

If had no intercourse after last period (30/3) then no question of pregnancy.
In that case may wait and if required hormonal treatment.
