You have not mentioned since how long you are having diabetes. Long standing diabetes causes neuropathy which is most probably the reason of your burning sensation. You are taking nova 75 for it.
Your blood sugar is well controlled.
Serum b12 and folate are high and if you are taking any supplements of these reduce or stop them.
It will be better to consult a neurologist for this burning sensation.

If your husband has no sperms in his semen, he needs to be evaluated by doing a scrotal Doppler, FSH, testosterone and prolactin levels. If FSH is normal, a testicular biopsy is advocated. If sperms are found in biopsy, icsi can be done. Success rates in ivf vary between 35 to 40 percent.

You can't be pregnant as there is already tubal ligation 16 years ago. May be it is due to hormonal changes or premenopausal phase. There is nothing to worry about. To bring menses take homoeopathic medicine pulsatilla. You can consult me at Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment and further guidance.

Hi dear friend,
as already prescribed by my dietitian friend, take care of your diet and follow diet chart properly.
Diabetes is a life style disorder, so it can easily be maintained by adopting yogic and holistic life style.
Do brisk walking
start doing yoga regularly
do mandukasana, vakrasana, ardha kati asana and pranayam
you can also start taking ayurvedic medicines which r having great results on diabetes
thanx.

Thanks for the query.
Tablet mentioned is the combination of Pragabalin with a pain killer. It is basically given to control pain, burning sensation and other symptoms of peripheral neuropathy. Only pragabalin can be taken for a long time. But taking Aceclofenac is not safe. Plus pragabalin is a nerve pain reliever, not a nerve tonic. It essential to have a strict blood glucose control with fasting glucose < 100 mg, PP 160 to 180 mg HbA1c% <7. That helps in reducing neuropathy. Thanks.
