If it is negative for any abnormal findings it does not mean everything is normal.
There are further investigations required.
Avoid taking medicines blindly.
Lower abdomen pain is not treated with pantoprazole.

Yes you can take. They does not effect breast milk quantity. Small amount secreted in milk is not harmful.
