probably it is due to change of environment. You need to get some investigations done.
Also what nasal drops are you using? If you are using xylometazoline or oxymetazoline, they should not be used for more than 5 days. They will also cause rhinitis medicamentosa leading to your symptoms. You can consult me anytime regarding further evaluation.

Hi congratulations on becoming a new mom. A new born baby sneezing is not synonymous with cold . They try to clear their nostrils with this reflex . At the same time for the nasal blockade you could put normal saline nasal drops with the name of nasoclear or otrinoz saline drops , one drop 4-6 times in a day in both the nostrils to help the baby clear the nose and feed properly . Keep a humidifier in the room if you can to prevent drying of secretions .

Recurrent nasal bleeds can be caused by a local problem in the nose, and sometimes due to a systemic cause like some bleeding disorder.

Avoid using oral steroids for a long time without doctor's supervision. Nasal congestion can be treated with anti-histaminics, saline nasal sprays and steam inhalation. If required, steroid nasal sprays can be used for relief supplemented by short course of decongestant drops containing xylometazoline. It is important to understand cause of nasal congestion for any effective treatment. Kindly consult with a specialist in person and avoid self medicating with steroids.

If you use this for long term you will develop rhinitis medicamentosa.

Kindly use ortrivin containing sodium chloride for nasal blockage.
Do not use otrivin containing xylometazoline or any other content.

It is salt water and safe in infants even if used again and again.
