My any one nostril is blocked most of the time specially at night time. It is also runny and there is also mucus discharge which make me difficult to sleep also I can't sleep on one side. L have taken tab sinarest but it didn't helped please help.

Avoid staying more in air conditioned rooms, use humidifier, avoid cold feeds and cold bath, use vacume cleaner to avoid dust in home. Use nasal decongestant (xylometazoline nasal drops) 2 drops three times a day if not relived start metaspray 2puffs bd use anti histamines (tab levocetrizine 5 mg) one tablet at night, take steam inhalation twice daily follow above treatment for 5 days and consult a ent doctor if still problem persists or consult me online.
