probably it is due to change of environment. You need to get some investigations done.
Also what nasal drops are you using? If you are using xylometazoline or oxymetazoline, they should not be used for more than 5 days. They will also cause rhinitis medicamentosa leading to your symptoms. You can consult me anytime regarding further evaluation.

you certainly have nasal allergy. Otrivin is not the drug of choice. As a matter of fact it has many short term and long term side effects and now out oif favour drug. You should see an ent or allergy specialist who will prescribe the right drug for you.

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and Take a flow of steam (of plain water only ) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required

Avoid using oral steroids for a long time without doctor's supervision. Nasal congestion can be treated with anti-histaminics, saline nasal sprays and steam inhalation. If required, steroid nasal sprays can be used for relief supplemented by short course of decongestant drops containing xylometazoline. It is important to understand cause of nasal congestion for any effective treatment. Kindly consult with a specialist in person and avoid self medicating with steroids.

You can use it 2-3 times for 5 days. That would be enough. Take other symptomatic and preventive measures as usual.
