You could start using a vit b12 supplement along with pyridoxine and niacin 1000 - 1500 micrograms daily. This would relieve your tingling and numbness. For the pain you could use a simple painkiller like tab zerodol p twice daily. Please take proper rest and sleep. Avoid stressors. If the pain still persists inspite of the medicines for 10 days then you can consult again.
