If you have been sexually active , then you may get pregnant. this is not a contraceptive pill. you may check pregnancy with a urine pregnancy kit.

There is no medicines by the name n-ethi 10. Its n-ethi (10 mg) that comes in strip of 10 tablets.

Just go for pregnancy test in urine. If negative be relax. Tab. Normonal for 3 ,days will help you.

Don't worry about the spotting as it is possible to have some breakthrough bleeding while on norethisterone. Pain could be due to underlying pathology of endometriosis. I would suggest an alternate progesterone in higher dose for endometriosis but need to review your reports first. For pain you could take tab meftal spas 1 tab three times a day for 2-3 days. Also get a urine routine examination done. Consider a private consultation.

You didn’t mentioned for what reason did you visit your doctor. Smartinor cr 10 mg tablet is used in pain during menstruation, endometriosis and heavy menstrual bleeding.

To take only once and in an emergency situation it is fine to take NORMONAL CR . Only for regular or daily use is it harmful . to avoid the inconvenience of periods on your marriage day you have to take this

Wait and watch for 10 days more.
If not comes then take tab. Normonal cr 10 one daily for 5 days then wait for mc to come.

If sexually active do the urine pregnancy test, if not active or pregnancy ruled out then wait for few days or meet gynecologist.

There are hormonal drugs for same, but any drug can be prescribed by the only doctor who has examined you or can examine you so go to such medical practitioner.
