Hi, I have a serious question I was masturbating myself with my hand and the pre-cum was all over my hand, then,i started fingering my girl for some time. After that, I thought this scene would cause pregnancy. So I gave a pill of (levonorgestrel usp 150 mcg, ethinyl estradiol usp 30 mcg) in the 72 hours and she took 3 pills in the next three days at the time interval of 24 hours. So,after a very month, she started bleeding, but she only bled for like one and a half day only, whereas periods are of 6 days, so can you please tell me, if there is anything to worry about?

Had well protected sex on 7th december (last day of my period) followed by a levonorgestrel pill to be sure and took a pregnancy test on 30th december which was negative. Due date of my next period was on 3rd january but it is 5th jan today and I have not gotten my period. I had experienced dark brown sticky spotting on 28 dec to 3rd jan irregularly. Was the spotting withdrawal bleeding? Since it was almost like dark brown blood mixed with white discharge? What should I do.

You need not have taken any pill on the last day of your period. The first 7 days of any cycle falls in safe period meaning conception is not possible in those days. The delay is because of the medicine so you need to wait for periods to begin naturally. We had unprotected deed on saturday then I drank an ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel pill first dose 9: 45 pm on sunday then 9: 45 am on monday. But we had another unprotected deed on the afternoon. I got a lil bit of cum on my pubic hair but immediately wiped it. He was using pull-out method and he did not ejaculate hours before both unprotected deed. Will the pill still work? Or can I get pregnant? We usually use ecps and it works every time.

Most likely it will work. The worrying point is your habit of taking ecps. It is not meant to be taken habitually. Can create problems later on.

Hello My girlfriend and I engaged in an unprotected sexual intercourse on the 6th day of her 30 day cycle. I did not penetrate the vagina or ejaculate inside her but my penis came in close contact with the vagina. She experienced brown spotting for 5 days after the incident. To be on the safer side she took an ipill (1.5 mg levonorgestrel) 49 hours after the incident. She experienced brown spotting for 5 days in the next week as well. Also an otc ovulation test came positive 5 days after the unprotected sexual intercourse. Today is the 32nd day of her period (27 days after the sexual intercourse), she has done two urine pregnancy tests which came out to be negative, however she has still not had her periods. We are really worried since the ovulation test came positive 5 days after sex, and that she has still not had her periods. Could she be pregnant? More details about the presenting complaint: Urine ovulation test positive after 5 days of unprotected sex (test positive on day 11 of cycle) Previous history of the same issue: regular 30 day cycle with 5 days of bleeding Current medications: Took an ipill (1.5 mg levonorgestrel) at 49th hour after sex. Past medications of the same issue: No Lab tests performed: 2 Urine pregnancy test negative on days 28 and 32 of the cycle.

Hi, My wife's last period on 17 november, 2017 we got married on 23 nov, 2017. We used withdrawal method for not to be pregnant and on December 10 assuming sperm ejects inside, on 11th Dec she took IPILL. From 19th she used primolut N not to periods as we were going to temple on 23rd Dec. On 31st night we had a glass of wine. On Jan 3rd we went for pregnancy test and it's positive. We went to doctor and had ultra scan and we come to know that it's 5 weeks with 12 mm fetus. Though it is unplanned we are ok with it and want to proceed as we do not want to abort it. Doctor said the fetus should be 7 weeks by now but it is 5 weeks only. I told doctor that she took Ipill, doctor said as it contains levonorgestrel, it doesn't harm baby. Does Wine cause any harm to fetus? And why it is 5 weeks, Is this the effect of wine&ipill? Can you please help me here.

Usually once glass of wine should not cause such effects.... But there are lots of other reasons of delayed development...
My suggestion is to continue with the pregnancy with caution and regular scanning know the status of the development..

She had her next periods on 2nd December The Cramping has recently been INCREASED recently. And CRAMPS aggravates on sitting for some time and Relieved on lying down. My girlfriend was with me on 23rd December. We did not have sex, but touched each others genitals. I did not ejaculate, but maybe precum was present on my finger and then I fingered her. I am not sure. It was the last week of her menstrual cycle as her normal cycle should start on 25-26th December. After 36 hours of that incident she took postinor 2 (1.5 mg levonorgestrel, 1 tablet after 36 hours and another after 12 hours of taking the first one). Now the problem is, her period has not come yet. And its 29th December, which should come 25/26th. Is it normal? How long the period is delayed for postinor 2? My boyfriend and I were intimate on 27th june, we had oral sex without the condom but we put the condom on after that just in case, he did not ejaculate on my body but we did not do any intercourse but he rubbed his penis near my vagina while wearing a condom, if by any chance a sperm goes inside my vagina, is pregnancy possible in considering the following factors? I had periods from 3rd june to 7th june. I also took postinor 2 (emergency contraception -levonorgestrel) correctly. The first missed period I had was on march, afterwards I had periods in april 1-6th, may 2-6th, june 3-7th. Before that I had periods from january 31-february 4th, december 31st 2019- january 3rd 2020. I am not taking regular birth control pills, this is my first time. The chance of pregnancy is very very low. Even then, as you had period on june 3, I will advise to check pregnancy test at home as today is july 12.

A few weeks after I had unprotected sex I started getting a sort stretchy pain that comes and goes, burning sensation during peeing and lower abdominal cramps. I had a history of kidney stones but I suspected myself of having an ectopic pregnancy (i had taken levonorgestrel about 48 hours after sexual contact) after negative pregnancy test results and unusual vaginal bleeding and took 30 mg of methotrexate. After 14 hours to ease the cramps in lower abdominal area, I took 4000 mcg of folic acid supplements but now I have concerns that the methotrexate may not work as intended.

So who prescribed you methotrexate? Was it taken after doing an ultrasound? The dose is incorrect. And methotrexate can cause adverse reactions. Please give us a copy of your reports and usg to guide you better.
