my best wishes for abstaining from alcohol. It is very difficult but you have overcome it with your habit.
As far as the enzymes are concerned, they are mildly elevated. Your weight is also on the higher side so, liver is doing extra work on the glucose, fat and protein metabolism besides neutralizing the alcohol that you were consuming.

Unless his will power is exercised no medicine will benefit. If he is willing to stop, encourage him and give nordict as replacement for sometime.
