1. No need to panic 2. Use symptomatic treatment of fever with paracetamol syrup and tepid sponging for high fevers
3. Use zinc syrup 20 mg/5 ml once daily 4. Use buckwheat honey / vicks vaporub for symptomatic relief.

Sinarest contains meds for fever as well as running nose. If both are present in your child kindly consult a pediatrician near you before giving as it can cause dizziness, nasal dryness if given inappropriately.
Dose will be decided by Dr. after seeing the weight of the child.
Also Dr. supervision is needed so as to rule out infection.
