Noblok Syrup
Noblok syrup is an antihistamine which works by blocking the action of histamine in the body. It is used for relieving symptoms of cold and is composed of Chlorpheniramine, Phenylephrine, Paracetamol and Sodium Citrate. You are advised to not use this medicine if you are allergic to it or if you are taking or have taken sodium oxybate, furazolidone or a monoamine oxidase inhibitor within the last 14 days.
Before using this drug, inform your doctor if you have breathing problems, glaucoma, heart problems, liver disease, high blood pressure, seizures, overactive thyroid, stomach problems or urination problems.

Phenylephrine is an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor agonist belonging to the phenethylamine class, which acts as a nasal decongestant. Paracetamol is a pain relief medication that selectively inhibits enzyme function in the brain which allows it to treat pain and fever.
