Hi,
For box scars and all creams will not help. You will have to do dermaroller or go for lasers. So better consult a dermatologist in person.

Glutathione has no role in acne prevention. Also steroids are the ones causing the acne and is best avoided. If discontinuing steroid is not possible a course of tretinoin can help control acne. But consult a dermatologist.

Hello lybrate-user
I completely understand your concern. Scars can be very frustrating specially in the exposed areas.
Scars are of different types and according to the type they can be easy/difficult to treat. So I need to see your scars first and then suggest the appropriate treatment.
You can consult me online for that.
Mean while you can use any Vitamin E based cream for the scars and use a sunscreen regularly.
Take care :)

Hi lybrate-user! scars can be of various types and the treatment will depend on the kind of scars you have, how old they are, their size, shape, depth, etc. The treatment options include dermarollers, prp, fillers, lasers or surgical scar revision. It would be a good idea to consult a dermatologist to decide upon the best treatment for you. Meanwhile start ising a sunscreen with spf more than 25 and avoid sun exposure. All the best.

With homoeopathic medicines, also take the following self-care steps to lessen the effects of acne:
Clean your skin gently with a mild soap removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water.
