Hi. If your profession is lot of sitting kind of a job then try a soft back cushion attached to your office chair. Back pain has become very common these days nothing to worry about that. It may be due to posture you are sitting during the whole day. Try this for a week if you don't feel any change feel free to contact me.

Avoid long sitting and tk break between work and use soft pillow for back support.
The heat fermentation and stretching exercise of spine.

Physiotherapy along with medicines will help.
Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it.
Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days
do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated
make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
For urinary problem kindly consult some urologist.
