1. For adult nimesulide 200 mg twice daily + paracetamol 500 mg 4 times daily + becadexamin once daily for 7 days
For older child (son) use nimesulide 100 mg and paracetamol 250 mg
for 20 months old daughter
use nimesulide 50 mg and paracetamol 125 mg per 5 ml and give 5 ml

Sorry to know that your mother is in pain, burning sensation could be due to diabetes ,rapid correction of blood sugars or kidney related issues.
