Hello lybrate-user,
I am sorry to hear about your problem.
Firstly, I would like to emphasize that you need to try and quit smoking.
Smoking itself is a risk factor for hypertension.
Your overall blood pressure is on the higher side. Your medications need to be increased and adjusted.
If your ecg is normal then you probably don't have a heart attack.

Dear user, panic attacks are sudden, intense surges of fear, panic, or anxiety. They are overwhelming, and they have physical as well as emotional symptoms. Some strategies you can use to try to stop a panic attack when you’re having one or when you feel one coming on:
1) deep breathing
2) recognize that you’re having a panic attack
3) find a focus object
4) use muscle relaxation techniques
5) understand the root cause of your anxiety and work through it in therapy.

It would be better to take him after getting him checked by a doctor. Keep monitoring his blood pressure and breathing. Don't give him sorbitrate carelessly, it can lower the bp. That could have been a cause of unconsciousness. All the best. May god give your father speedy recovery. May god bless you all ☺

Clinically it looks like cardiac pain, but her age is too less to have cardiac pain. Causes of chest pain varies from simple muscular pain or gastritis to cardiac pain.
Detailed evaluation is needed to find the exact cause of pain and medications can be prescribed accordingly. Feel free to consult me on private consult for detailed evaluation.

Did he suffer loss of consciousness at any time. If so, then we may do electrophysiology study in Cath Lab and consider pacemaker if results are abnormal. I assume the carotid artery narrowing is not significant and does not merit angioplasty. He needs treatment with aspirin, clopidogrel and statins. Avoid beta blockers. Might need Pacemaker in future.
Regards.
