Hello thanks for asking. Your symptoms might be related to either obesity or it could be simple muscle stretching. My advice is to take tablet zerodol once daily for 3 days wd tab pan dsr once daily empty stomach for 7 days. If symptoms persist I advice you to consult a nearby physician.

Snoring during sleep, awakenings during sleep, day time sleepiness could be due to obstructive sleep Apnea. Other investigations like thyroid profile, ABG should be done. Also have an ENT examination. Check her BP, blood sugars, ECG also.
