He should go for a walk in the morning for 40 mnts.
He should take plenty of water to hydrate his body.
His diet be easily digestible on time to avoid gastric disorder might trigger awakening in the night distracting sleep.

I being a homoeopath can suggest you some recourse in homoeopathy ,please.
She should go for meditation to reduce her stress to calm her nerves inorder to condition her hair and mind ,aswell.
She should take ,plenty of water to hydrate herself.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, it's really tough to be in a situation which you are going through, would you be able to specify how many manic or hypomanic episodes have you had previously. There are certainly more drugs in our kitty as psychosurgery or dbt are not as evolved yet to address bipolar depression, ect & rtms are also available non invasive options.
