Asked for male, 32 years old from Jammu

I am 72 years old male having diabetes since 1999, now I am taking diapride m2 forte 1000 mg tablet one before breakfast and one before dinner. My sugar level was 258 fasting also I am taking meganeuron od+ capsule once before sleep because I had high sugar n high bp mild attack on legs due to which there was severe pain in legs in march 2020 after which I was not not able to stand on my own. My doctor suggested telephonically to take meganeuron od+ due to which now I am able to walk last week in jammu, temperature lower down due 2constant rain, I had body ache n mild fever then I took nimesulide nicip tablet two times after which I got well but two days ago I urinate frequently after 15 mins even my cloths got wet due to uncontrollable urine. Today I checked my sugar level, it was 258 also got my urine routine test in which protein (albumin) & glucose found, rest all readings was normal it's not safe for me to visit doctor in person due to covid, also my son posted far away from my home help.

Sugars are not controlled
because of which you r having diabetic complications like neuropathy and nephropathy firstly get your sugars under control
which will prevent further damage to kidney and nerves your medicines should be reviewed and changed as per your sugar reading you should stary tablets which will or prevent protein albumin in urine.

Dear doctor, this is somanath from bangalore. Today I received an add from Lybrate regarding to purchase of whey protein of nestle company. I am a diabetes type 2 since 5 years. I am taking an allopathic medicine metformin 1000 mg and galvus 50 mg in the morning and the same dose at the night. I am also consuming millet rice daily since 2 months. Now my sugar levels came under control when I check my glucose level in the morning, it shows within 100 and after taken food, after one and half hour, it shows 120 to 135. Now my problem is I cannot sit on the ground, when I do so, my buttock bones touches to the ground and it gives pain. This is happening since 3 months. I am having my esi card and taking my diabetes medicine from the esi hospital. When I said this problem today to the diabetologist, they referred to orthopaedics dept and the orthopaedic doctors given me a gel named nimesulide to apply on the buttock and given becosules syrup. Dear doctor, can I take the whey protein for my buttock pain problem, how long should I take this, now a days my hand, leg,face bones are visible, for this, I am very much disappointed, I hate my body myself. I am 57 years old now. Kindly suggest whether to buy whey protein and how to use it, whether to take with water or with milk. Thanks.

1 year back my father 58 age already faced brain stroke and we took him to the hospital nd he was well but now he is facing body pain, we already consulted from doctor he gv him medicine but still he is having more pain including high fever 102, can he now use nice tablet, bcoz before gng to doctor he was taken nose nd pain gone but after consulting nothing changes, more pain occurred. please reply fast. Some said gv him nice. Is it ok for him?

For fever, only with headache and without any other symptoms must be investigated and then treated. Investigations cbc pbs for mp widal test urine routine and microscopy for time being you can have a dose or two of tab nise 100 mg regards.

I think I have pois from puberty, symptoms heavy head nose post nasal drip, bad digestion, memory loss or concentration problems, social issues, muscle tiredness, extreme anxiety panic attacks, this all happened during puberty and then I changed my masturbation style and since my foreskin is little tight I started using very slight movement of foreskin and I never faced this issue for a decade but if I slide my foreskin over (which is also expected during sex) I get all these symptoms again with foreskin I feel quick high and low pleasure which fluctuate and I think this is perhaps some issue with nerve ways or semen react causing auto immune issue or perhaps since foreskin is a little tight (it glides over ok) it causes some tear in skin if foreskin is used and bacterias etc seep into the blood stream, or even allergy, or excitotoxity or neuro related or para sympathetic system disturbance or psychological issues during puberty where I thought I should be able to express my sexuality around my friends and family and felt constant fear to not do it. During puberty I lived a hell before exams id forget everything had to do it 2-3 times opiod effect and at least I could come to present with 1 the whole body was in disarray, I would have popping sound on pressing my scalp if this increased I assumed my body is fighting internally and popping would decrease after 1 week or so but in puberty by this time it would be extremely hard to not do it and also I was never completely free of the symptoms, then in 20s I did a different way of masturbation not moving foreskin and usually from cloth it felt unnatural but it released me the right way and I was not much affected by this, but now I did without cloth a few days ago and I got completely blocked nose head chest like it did to save the body from getting destroyed and I had to switch to 20s way of masturbation for multiple times to at least stop that constant heaviness for no reason then body slowly starts cleaning itself but the cleaner the body more vulnerable it is to attacks, also older way of masturbation there was confused sexual response with stress and it would travel in body and make body dirty and it was extremely difficult to get rid of this cocktail of hormones if I did brain remembered it and brought them back if I felt sexual along with stress. I am sure the person who understands these problems must get multiple nobel price and I was dismissed by local doctors all the time and I lived a helpless life and will die a helpless life too. It's a rarest pois disease no one knows about this complex mystery and no one wants to either given how rare it is. Not sure what level of this is within me now at 32 help!
