Anyway don't take strong pain killers for pain

Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

For general painful conditions you can take over the counter available analgesics like Ibuprofen or Paracetamol or Disprin.
Nimesulide should not be used as it has been banned in many countries. Drugs like Ibuprofen and Disprin can cause gastritis and kidney damage if used over a long period of time specially if the patient also has diabetes or hypertension. You could have injured your back unknowingly at the time of exercise,may be due to wrong posture or not lifted any weight correctly..so there could be a minor bulge in the disc or soft tissue injury.Best would be to avoid exercising for a week,rest as much as you can and dont take any massages,avoid lifting any heavy weight,don't bend forward or sit unsupported.Do ice compress to the painful area 3-4 times a day,can apply some nise gel.If it doesnt help consult a doctor.

1. For adult nimesulide 200 mg twice daily + paracetamol 500 mg 4 times daily + becadexamin once daily for 7 days
For older child (son) use nimesulide 100 mg and paracetamol 250 mg
for 20 months old daughter
use nimesulide 50 mg and paracetamol 125 mg per 5 ml and give 5 ml
2. Get CBC (complete blood count done)
If TLS is less than 6000: viral
if TLC >10000: bacterial
