U need to stop chewing tobacco asap. Follow this
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do.

U may be suffering from Periodontitis (Gum Disease). Which is usually aggravated by tobacco chewing. In Periodontitis the gum detaches from the tooth surface and forms deep crevices called as pockets. The treatment in such a case is Teeth cleaning and cleaning of the gums followed by evaluation of the status of bone that holds the teeth. There are a lot of reasons like because of occlusion not being proper or the cavity might have been few and hence pain could be there so advice would be to get an iopa X-ray done and if possible show it or visit the Dentist to see to the problem.
