It can be because of many reason from simple reasons like not sleeping on time or sleeping too much, stress, have long hours of fasting, dehydration to causes like sinusitis, migraine, high blood pressure, tumor etc. Do this

No need to take any medicines before taking vaccine.
After taking vaccine, to reduce pain you can take paracetamol
if developing fever, can continue paracetamol.

You can see dolo is paracetamol but the dose is important. Paracetamol can be taken in 500 mg too. And other doses. But do try to have gap of atleast 6 hours between two pcm doses.

As of now for headache you can take tablet paracetamol. But we will have to make a diagnosis to get to the cause of it which can be either due to frontal sinusitis or due to migrane or due to refractive error of the eyes or due to other causes for which we have to investigate. If you want medicine than, I will prescibe.

The recommendee dose of paracetamol is 15 mg/kg body weight. So you can take around 1000 mg or 2 tablets depending on the strength of paracetamol. Above that it has not been found to show extra effects. I recommend that at a time you do not use more than 2 tablets. However if you have fever and symptom doesn't decrease, you can repeat the dose 8 hourly. It's perfectly safe. (as far as you do not take such a dose regularly)
