Your blood sugar should be controlled with medicine, exercise and diet. Itching in thighs are probably due to fungal infection but other causes may be there so you should consult with consultant dermatologist. Keep area clean and dry and apply appropriate medicine prescribe by your dermatologist.

Yes you can take blood pressure medicines empty stomach, but do not take both medicines at the same time. If you are taking methyl dopa twice daily then take nifidipine at mid noon.

It seems you think of bp as paramount determinant of health. Measuring bp is a new phenomenon, never previously done.
