Dear lybrate-user,
It is true that Niacinamide is needed to produce serotonin. That does not mean, if you take 100-200 mg more, you will produce more serotonin and you will be more happy. Most of the B vitamins including B3 are water soluble. If there is a deficiency, it will be absorbed. If it is adequate, it will be eliminated in urine.
