"As" per your clinical history is concerned take thyronorm tab regularly and adjust the dose to keep TSH level normal, when you will conceive then you will be required more and more hormone and dose will be increased as per your requirements. You can be pregnant and while on TTC no need to increase.

If pregnancy test is negative then you are not pregnant. These medicines only help to regularise the periods and it takes time for hormones to become balanced.

I don't see any rationale of using this combination at this stage. Some doctors are using it so it is better to enquire from your treating physician. His / her experience with this medicine may be good.
